  1. Hi Heidi! We have tried everything from drums, to guitars, to ukuleles, to electric pianos, to more electric pianos to.. you get the point. And I would have to say the biggest success have been the xylophone! Especially with our daughter, who is a year old. But our 2,5 year old loves it too, and he’s usually a little too impatient for most instruments.

So if I had to make a recommendation, it would be that!

  2. Hi Heidi,

My friend has two little boys, one is 3 years old, and one is 6 months. It is the older one’s birthday soon and I was thinking of buying him a guitar.

His Dad and me are guitar players ourselves, so the “Little Rock Star Guitar by Early Learning” could be my way to get his little rock star career going. It looks great and not too expensive either.

I’ll let you know how he gets on with it. When the younger one gets older I might get him the drum kit, and I could have a little band on my hands ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks for sharing, I love your site.

    All the best,

    Tom
